Brittany A. Panter brings extensive litigation experience to SDV, with a prior background handling catastrophic injury claims, medical malpractice, insurance defense and liability assessment. She is well versed in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial. Brittany's practice currently focuses on complex commercial and civil litigation and first party property claims.
Brittany's affinity for litigation was cultivated while in law school. She was an intern at the Office of the State Attorney as well as with a prominent Miami-based litigation firm, and she represented the University of Miami School of Law at the both Honorable E. Earle Zehmer Memorial Mock Trial Competition and the AAJ Student Trial Advocacy Competition. She also worked as legal research assistant to one of her law school professors, researching and cite checking her publications.
In her free time, Brittany is an enthusiastic yoga disciple, both in practice and instruction. She is also an avid horsewoman who enjoys travel and spending time with her family. Brittany and her fiance reside in Naples, Florida.
