Ashley L. Cooper focuses her practice on all aspects of policyholder coverage disputes and litigation, from liability assessment through trial. Prior to joining SDV, Ashley handled commercial, real estate and trust litigation as well as estate planning and asset protection.
Ashley is a passionate advocate for others. While in law school, she was elected class representative of the Law Student Division of the Florida Bar Association and served on the state pro bono committee. Ashley was also a project leader for Habitat for Humanity and the University of Miami School of Law's Running for H.O.P.E. ("Helping Others through Pro Bono Efforts") raising money for community aid. Following law school, Ashley volunteered as a Guardian Ad Litem, served two years with the Junior League and served on the Board of Directors of SPCA Florida as a member of the Strategic Planning Committee and Planned Giving Committee.
A native of Virginia, Ashley currently resides in Naples, Florida, where she continues her community outreach efforts with the Naples Junior Woman's Club, a non-profit organization comprised of young women committed to philanthropy, volunteering and improving the Naples community.
