Anastasiya Collins came to SDV through its Summer Associate
Program. She stayed on as a Law Clerk and joined the firm as an Associate
following law school. Anastasiya's practice is focused in our LaborGuard
Program, a subset of our Risk Transfer practice group.
While at law school, Anastasiya was executive editor for the Connecticut
Public Interest Law Journal and auction chair of the Public Interest Law
Group. She interned at the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights
and Opportunities conducting legal research on employment discrimination
and reasonable accommodation matters and assisted in drafting
appellate briefs.
A native of Minsk, Belarus, Anastasiya is fluent in Russian and
Belarusian and can read and write in Italian and Polish. In her free time,
Anastasiya enjoys traveling, hiking, and cooking Indian cuisine.
She currently resides with her husband and their cat in West Hartford,
Connecticut.
