Mollie Levy came to SDV through its Summer Associate Program with a wealth of experience working for large firms advising corporate clients in industries ranging from personal injury and healthcare to data privacy and cybersecurity.
As a member of SDV's West Coast team, Mollie handles a diverse mix of matters representing policyholders, ranging from individuals to international corporations. She has extensive experience addressing the complexities of multilayer follow-form and difference-in-condition disputes both with and between insurers for large-scale losses. Mollie is a member of the firm's Facilities Management group, focusing on developing risk management strategies - such as review protocols for downstream parties' insurance coverage programs - for owners and managers of large commercial facilities such as malls, universities, and stadiums.
While in law school, Mollie was the Executive Director of Notes and Comments for California Western's Law Review. She also worked in the legal department of a large publicly-traded company and interned at law firms specializing in insurance defense and cybersecurity. This experience gives Mollie a unique insight as coverage counsel into the critical business and risk management considerations of policyholder clients.
In her spare time, Mollie enjoys cooking, boating, tennis, and downhill skiing. A Minnesota native, Mollie currently resides in San Diego with her husband.
