Bryan A. Small devotes his practice to representing policyholders engaged in coverage disputes against their insurance carriers. His clients benefit from his expansive knowledge of all aspects of insurance coverage law. Prior to his tenure as insurance coverage counsel, he worked in insurance defense, representing carriers in claims involving life, health, and disability insurance policies. Bryan has successfully resolved insurance coverage disputes throughout the claims process and in litigation, particularly with respect to coverage issues arising out of commercial general liability, employers’ liability, and first-party property claims.
