Anastasiya focuses her practice on advising insurance brokers, risk managers, and construction professionals on optimal risk transfer strategies and insurance solutions, including key considerations for commercial general liability coverage. She has litigated complex insurance coverage disputes in both state and federal courts, advocating for policyholders in cases involving commercial general liability policies, builders’ risk, and commercial property matters.
While in law school, Anastasiya was executive editor for the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal and auction chair of the Public Interest Law Group. She interned at the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities and participated in the Asylum and Human Rights Clinic, helping immigrants seeking asylum, withholding of removal and protection under the Convention Against Torture.
A native of Minsk, Belarus, Anastasiya is fluent in Belarusian and Russian. She currently resides with her husband in West Hartford, Connecticut.
