Leena Phaguda has devoted her practice to litigating complex commercial and civil matters, with a primary focus on construction and real estate disputes. Her extensive litigation background and familiarity with the intricacies of insurance coverage disputes make her an excellent addition to the SDV team.

As a law student, Leena interned at the Office of United States Congressman Jerrold Nadler of New York and externed as in-house counsel with Adventist Health Systems. She also clerked for the Honorable Judge Lammens of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Leena is a resident of the firm's Northeast office. She enjoys world travel and plays both tennis and polo in her spare time.
