Kerianne Kane Luckett comes to SDV with a strong background in all phases of state and federal litigation and a practice previously focused on challenging issues involving Metro-North Railroad. Her experience includes defense of claims under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act and whistleblower complaints under the Federal Railroad Safety Act as well as defense of insureds in personal injury and property damage matters. Kerianne is also experienced in complex litigation matters involving business disputes, securities fraud and intellectual property infringement.
While in law school, Kerianne served as the Publication Editor for Law Review and was the Community Service Co-Chair of the Society of Dispute Resolution. In her free time, Kerianne enjoys cooking, hiking and traveling. Kerianne currently resides with her fiance in Milford, Connecticut.
