With 2020 right around the corner, this program will explore hot topics in coverage litigation—such as coverage for cannabis operations, autonomous vehicles, cyber crimes, and #MeToo claims—in the context of analogous coverage litigation from the past in an effort to glean lessons and make predictions for the future.
