Saxe Doernberger & Vita, P.C. is excited to announce Michael V. Pepe’s elevation to Managing Partner for the firm’s Northeast offices. Michael has extensive experience with representing companies within the real estate and construction industries, specifically with respect to claims and litigated disputes involving professional liability, commercial general liability, builder’s risk, cyber liability, and subcontractor default insurance. In addition, Michael advises insurance brokers and corporate risk management teams on all coverage lines. He also assists clients with strengthening their contractual risk transfer and insurance coverage during contract drafting, negotiation, policy placements, and renewals.
