Saxe Doernberger & Vita, P.C. is pleased to announce the elevation of Cheryl L. Kozdrey to Partner as of January 1. Cheryl joined SDV’s West Coast team after a career in healthcare administration and focuses her national practice on representing commercial policyholders involved in complex insurance coverage litigation. She has worked on some of the most significant construction defect cases in the country and is frequently called upon to work with risk managers, in-house counsel, insurance brokers, and other industry professionals to develop optimal risk transfer strategies and insurance solutions.
